The focus was to expand our sales for a multi-brand store by amplifying the brand product mix. Description: International Collaboration with First Twelve, a growing brand in the U.S., and fell in love with IMPT history. A high-end t-shirt inspired by the soccer jerseys of the 90s was designed and produced in collaboration. This was the first International Collab of IMPT. The Product Concept and Collaboration Campaign was developed in partnership with the i53 agency.

Description: The CenáRIO Criativo event was an IMPT project in the RIO CRIATIVO Incubator coworking residency. The event was organized with two other resident fashion brands (MILAN Studio and Abanda). Focused on the Rio scene of positive impact fashion, we invited “Cariocas” fashion entrepreneurs and scholars to talk and discuss the social and environmental impact, such as Fabrício Oliveira (Fowler), Felipe Piragibe from (NAIAH), Thais Vieira (Think Blue), Mirella Rodrigues (Think Blue), and Paloma Barreto (Zahira). The company TRENDNOTES was the mediator of the Open Talk.

CenáRIO Criativo (Collaborative Event)

Description: UNIT was IMPT's second collection, it was 100% collaborative with other 5 local brands from Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. Project management and creative direction of the whole collection were delivered. From workflow, collaborative decision facilitation, and full collective execution collaboratively with the other brands (Pormenor, Voltz, TND, Mig). Marketing and PR support in collaboration with i53agency.

Description: Operational change and internationalization process, and rebranding of IMPT. The project goal was to position the brand in the international high-fashion streetwear market by the end of the semester. To enhance positioning, the B Corp Certification was added to the scope and became the main source of international positioning success, surpassing the local positioning.

Description: The IMPT rebranding, project was made in partnership with i53agency. Lucas Penido (an awarded streetwear pioneer) directed the new strategies. Victor Hugo Ramos was responsible for all processes of high-level approval and change execution into the company operations in a few months.

Description: The Rio+B Laboratory corresponds to a series of free meetings between the selected businesses responsible for the project. The Lab aims at the organizational and personal development of companies and people involved in the process. Leading the participation of IMPT in the Lab, it turned out to be a Management and organizational change project leading to delivering possible immediate changes and mapping out future improvements committed to making a better positive impact.

This project was more cultural-focused, helping the upcoming local artist Nyl MC to launch and develop his EP "Natural do Mundo". Project management of content production, creative planning, and branding.
